Zoom Tables

The Zoom Integration uses the following tables

ZoomAccountLockedSettings

Shows organization-wide Zoom settings that admins have locked so users can’t change them. Includes chat, meeting, recording, and telephony options.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
AccountID	string	The unique identifier of the Zoom account.
AudioConferencingTollFreeAndFeeBasedTollCall	boolean	Whether the account has the Toll-free and Fee-based Toll Call setting enabled.
ChatShareFiles	boolean	Users can share files in chats and channels.
ChatChatEmojis	boolean	Allow users to use the emoji library in direct messages or group conversations. Choose between allowing users to use any emoji in the library, or using only pre-selected emojis. If the setting is disabled, users can still use keyboard shortcuts to add emojis. Users can change their emoji skin tone in Settings.
ChatRecordVoiceMessages	boolean	Allow users to record voice messages that can be sent in direct messages or group conversations.
ChatRecordVideoMessages	boolean	Allow users to record video messages that can be sent in direct messages or group conversations. If the file share setting is disabled, they will not be able to record and send video messages.
ChatScreenCapture	boolean	Allow users to take and send screenshots in direct messages or group conversations.
ChatShareLinksInChat	boolean	Share links to messages and channels in Team Chat.
ChatScheduleMeetingsInChat	boolean	Schedule a meeting from chat or channel.
ChatSetRetentionPeriodInCloud	boolean	By default, messages and files are stored in Zoom's cloud. Enable this setting to specify when they are deleted. When retention is disabled, messages sent by offline users can be received within 7 days before they are deleted.
ChatSetRetentionPeriodInLocal	boolean	Specify how long your messages are saved on local devices. If this setting is disabled, messages are never deleted locally.

ZoomAccountSettings

Shows your organization’s current Zoom account settings. Covers security, meeting, recording, chat, and feature limits.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
AccountID	string	The unique identifier of the Zoom account.
SecurityAdminChangeUserInfo	boolean	Whether to only allow account administrators to change a user's information.
SecuritySignInWithSsoEnable	boolean	Whether to allow users to sign in with single sign-on (SSO).
SecuritySignInWithSsoRequireSsoForDomains	boolean	Whether to require users to sign in with SSO if their email belongs to one of the specified domains.
SecuritySignInWithSsoDomainsJSON	string	Users on these domains must sign in with single sign-on (SSO).
SecurityPasswordRequirementMinimumPasswordLength	integer	Specify a minimum length for the passcode. The passcode length can be from a minimum of 9 characters, up to 14 characters. If set to 0, this is disabled and the basic minimum of 8 characters applies.
SecurityPasswordRequirementHaveSpecialCharacter	boolean	If true, the passcode must have at least one special character.
SecurityPasswordRequirementConsecutiveCharactersLength	integer	Specify the maximum allowed length of consecutive characters in a passcode; 0 disables this check. Allowed values 4–8 mean the max consecutive length is n−1.
SecurityPasswordRequirementWeakEnhanceDetection	boolean	If true, passcodes must pass detection against a weak passcode dictionary.
InMeetingAllowLiveStreaming	boolean	Whether to allow livestreaming.
InMeetingScreenSharing	boolean	Allow screen sharing.

ZoomCloudRecordingFiles

Details for each cloud recording file, with type, size, timestamps, and secure links to play or download.

ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
RecordingFileID	string	The recording file ID.
MeetingUUID	string	Unique Meeting Identifier for this meeting instance.
MeetingID	bigint	Meeting ID — also known as the meeting number.
MeetingIDRef	string	The meeting ID reference returned with recording files (string form).
AccountID	string	Unique identifier of the user account.
HostID	string	ID of the user set as host of the meeting.
FileExtension	string	The file extension type of the recording file.
FileType	string	The recording file type.
FileSize	bigint	The recording file size.
DownloadURL	string	The URL to download the recording (use an access token for authorized download).
FilePath	string	The file path to the On-Premise account recording.

ZoomGroups

The list of user groups in your Zoom account and how many members each has.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
GroupID	string	Group ID.
Name	string	Group name.
TotalMembers	integer	Total number of members in this group.
BatchDate	datetime	The date and time the record was saved.

ZoomIntegrations

Configuration records for your Zoom connection in this system—who created it, when, and whether it’s enabled.

Name	Type	Description
ID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
Name	string	Name of the Zoom Configuration.
CreatedDate	datetime	The date the Zoom Configuration was created.
ModifiedDate	datetime	The date the Zoom Configuration was modified.
CreatedBy	string	The user who created the Zoom Configuration.
ModifiedBy	string	The user who modified the Zoom Configuration.
IsEnabled	boolean	Whether the Configuration has been enabled.
ClientID	string	The Zoom ClientID.
AccountID	string	The Zoom AccountID.

ZoomMeetings

Key details about scheduled or past meetings—host, topic, times, links, and meeting type.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
MeetingUUID	string	Unique Meeting ID. Each meeting instance will generate its own Meeting UUID.
MeetingID	bigint	Meeting ID — also known as the meeting number in long (`int64`) format.
HostID	string	ID of the user who is set as the meeting's host.
Topic	string	Meeting topic.
Agenda	string	Meeting description.
CreatedAt	datetime	Time of creation.
StartTime	datetime	Meeting start time.
Duration	integer	Meeting duration.
Timezone	string	Timezone to format the meeting start time.
JoinURL	string	URL using which participants can join a meeting.
PMI	string	Personal Meeting ID (PMI). Returned only if PMI was used to schedule the meeting.
MeetingType	integer	Meeting types: `1` - Instant meeting; `2` - Scheduled meeting; `3` - Recurring meeting with no fixed time; `8` - Recurring meeting with fixed time.
AccountID	string	Unique identifier of the user account.
BatchDate	datetime	The date and time the record was saved.

ZoomRoles

Admin-defined roles (like Admin, Viewer) with descriptions and member counts.

ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
RoleID	string	Role ID.
AccountID	string	Account ID.
Name	string	Role name.
Description	string	Role description.
Type	string	Role type.
TotalMembers	integer	Total members in this role.

ZoomUsers

Your account’s user directory, including profile info, licenses, and login activity.

UserID	string	The user's ID.
Email	string	The user's email address.
AccountID	string	Account ID.
Type	integer	The user's assigned plan type.
CreatedAt	datetime	The date and time when this user's latest login type was created.

DisplayName	string	The user's display name.
DivisionIDsJSON	string	List of division IDs the user belongs to.
EmployeeUniqueID	string	The employee's unique ID (returned when SAML SSO is enabled).
FirstName	string	The user's first name.
HostKey	string	The user's host key.

ZoomGroups_ZoomUsers

Which users belong to which groups (a link between users and groups).

Name	Type	Description
UserID	string	User ID.
ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
GroupID	string	Group ID.

ZoomRoles_ZoomUsers

Which users have which roles (a link between users and roles).

Name	Type	Description
UserID	string	The user's ID.
ConfigID	integer	Zoom Configuration ID.
RoleID	string	The unique ID of the user's assigned role.
