Axonius Tables

The Axonius Integration uses the following tables

Tables

Saved queries in Axonius with AQL, fields, tags, and metadata

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Internal configuration/sync identifier for this record.
UUID	string	Unique identifier of the saved query.
Name	string	Human-friendly name of the saved query.
Description	string	Short description explaining what the query finds.
FolderID	string	Identifier of the folder where the query is stored.
IsReferenced	boolean	Whether this query is used by another saved query.
AlwaysCached	boolean	If true, Axonius automatically caches results on a schedule.
AssetScope	boolean	Marks the query as an asset-scope query used to define asset sets.
Fields	string	List of fields/columns the query returns.
Tags	string	Labels attached to the query for organization or filtering.
UsedIn	string	Modules or screens within Axonius where this query is used.
AccessConfig	string	Configuration detailing who can access this saved query.

System roles and their permissions

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Internal configuration/sync identifier for this record.
RoleUUID	string	Unique identifier of the role.
Name	string	Display name of the role.
LastUpdated	datetime	When the role definition was last changed.
Predefined	boolean	Marks roles that come built-in with Axonius.
ServiceAccountsCount	integer	How many service accounts are assigned this role.
UsersCount	integer	How many users are assigned this role.
BatchDate	datetime	When this data was ingested into the warehouse.

System users and service accounts in Axonius

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Internal configuration/sync identifier for this record.
UserUUID	string	Unique identifier of the user.
FirstName	string	User’s given name.
LastName	string	User’s family name.
Email	string	User’s email address.
Title	string	User’s job title.
Department	string	User’s department.
UserName	string	Login name of the user account.
RoleUUID	string	Identifier of the role assigned to the user.
RoleName	string	Name of the role assigned to the user.
DataScopeID	string	Identifier of the user’s data scope.
DataScopeName	string	Name of the user’s data scope.
AllowedScopesImpersonation	string	IDs of data scopes the user can switch into (if allowed).
LastUpdated	datetime	When the user record was last updated in Axonius.
LastLogin	datetime	The user’s most recent login time.
Source	string	Origin of the account (e.g., `local`, `SSO`).
BatchDate	datetime	When this data was ingested into the warehouse.
