NetSuiteAccounts

Stores all account records imported from NetSuite

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
ID	string	NetSuite’s internal record identifier for the account.
ExternalID	string	NetSuite external ID (user-defined identifier).
FullName	string	Full account name including hierarchy (e.g. `Parent:Child`).
LegalName	string	Legal name of the account (if `Use Legal Name in Account` preference is enabled).
DisplayName	string	Name shown in search results and UI (NetSuite’s `Display Name`).
DisplayNameCopy	string	Copy of the display name used for certain search displays.
Name	string	Report name (up to 31 chars) that appears on financial reports.
Number	string	Account number (alphanumeric, max 60 chars).
Description	string	User-entered description of the account.
IsInactive	bit	Indicates whether the account is inactive.
AvailableBalance	float	Current available balance of the account.
Inventory	bit	Flag—include this account in Inventory KPI calculations.
Currency	string	Currency code of the account.
Department	string	Department associated with the account.
Location	string	Location associated with the account.
ReconcileWithMatching	bit	Use NetSuite’s transaction-matching and reconciliation pages for this account.
LastModifiedDate	datetime	Timestamp of the last update in NetSuite.
AcctTypeID	string	Internal identifier of the account type (e.g. `EXPENSE`, `REVENUE`).
AcctTypeName	string	Reference name of the account type.
GeneralRateID	string	Internal identifier of the general rate applied to this account.
GeneralRateName	string	Reference name of the general rate (e.g. `AVERAGE`, `HISTORICAL`, `CURRENT`).
CashFlowRateID	string	Internal identifier of the cash flow rate for this account.
CashFlowRateName	string	Reference name of the cash flow rate.
BatchDate	datetime	The date and time when this record was imported from NetSuite.

NetSuiteEmployees

Stores all employee records imported from NetSuite

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
ID	string	NetSuite’s internal record identifier for the employee.
ExternalID	string	NetSuite external ID (user-defined identifier).
EntityID	string	Employee record identifier generated according to NetSuite’s auto-numbering settings or manually assigned identifier when auto-numbering is disabled.
FirstName	string	Employee’s first name; used to derive the Initials field.
LastName	string	Employee’s last name; used to derive the Initials field.
Email	string	Employee’s email address, used for online features like time tracking and expense reporting.
Title	string	Employee’s official job title.
DateCreated	datetime	Timestamp when the employee record was created.
LastModifiedDate	datetime	Timestamp when the employee record was last updated.
HireDate	datetime	Date when the employee was hired.
IsInactive	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee record is inactive; inactive records are excluded from active lists.
GiveAccess	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee has been granted NetSuite login access.
ConcurrentWebServiceUser	bit	Flag indicating if the employee is permitted concurrent web services sessions in addition to standard UI access.
I9Verified	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee has completed the I-9 verification process.
IsJobManager	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee is designated as a Project Manager.
IsJobResource	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee is designated as a project resource.
IsSalesRep	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee is marked as a sales representative.
IsSupportRep	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee is marked as a support representative.
TerminationByDeath	bit	Flag indicating whether the termination of the employee was due to death.
Unsubscribe	bit	Flag indicating whether the employee has unsubscribed from email communications.
GenderID	string	Internal identifier for the employee’s gender.
GenderRefName	string	Reference name of the employee’s gender (e.g. `Male`, `Female`).
GlobalSubscriptionStatusID	string	Internal identifier of the employee’s global subscription status.
GlobalSubscriptionStatusRefName	string	Reference name of the employee’s global subscription status.
SubsidiaryID	string	Internal identifier of the subsidiary to which the employee is assigned.
SubsidiaryRefName	string	Reference name of the subsidiary to which the employee is assigned.
LocationID	string	Internal identifier of the employee’s location.
LocationRefName	string	Reference name of the employee’s location.
CurrencyID	string	Internal identifier of the employee’s base currency.
CurrencyRefName	string	Reference name of the employee’s base currency.
DefaultExpenseReportCurrencyID	string	Internal identifier of the default currency for this employee’s expense reports.
DefaultExpenseReportCurrencyRefName	string	Reference name of the default expense report currency.
EffectiveDateModeID	string	Internal identifier of the effective date mode (PAST, CURRENT, FUTURE) for this employee.
EffectiveDateModeRefName	string	Reference name of the effective date mode for this employee.
WorkCalendarID	string	Internal identifier of the work calendar assigned to the employee.
WorkCalendarRefName	string	Reference name of the work calendar assigned to the employee.
EmployeeCenterQuantity	string	Current count of Employee Center licenses assigned to the employee.
EmployeeCenterQuantityMax	string	Maximum number of Employee Center licenses allowed for the employee.
FullUserQuantity	string	Current count of Full User licenses assigned to the employee.
FullUserQuantityMax	string	Maximum number of Full User licenses allowed for the employee.
RetailUserQuantity	string	Current count of Retail User licenses assigned to the employee.
RetailUserQuantityMax	string	Maximum number of Retail User licenses allowed for the employee.
PurchaseOrderLimit	decimal	Maximum purchase amount the employee can submit without further authorization.
TargetUtilization	decimal	Required utilization percentage for the employee resource.
BTemplate	bit	Flag indicating whether this record is a template employee.
Initials	string	Automatically generated initials based on the employee’s name (up to three letters).
IsEmployeeCenterQuantityEnforced	bit	Flag indicating if Employee Center license quantity enforcement is enabled.
IsFullUserQuantityEnforced	bit	Flag indicating if Full User license quantity enforcement is enabled.
IsRetailUserQuantityEnforced	bit	Flag indicating if Retail User license quantity enforcement is enabled.
WasEmployeeCenterHasAccess	bit	Previous Employee Center access state before the most recent change.
WasFullUserHasAccess	bit	Previous Full User access state before the most recent change.
WasRetailUserHasAccess	bit	Previous Retail User access state before the most recent change.
WasInactive	bit	Previous inactive status of the employee before the most recent change.
BatchDate	datetime	Date and time when this record was imported from NetSuite.

NetSuiteIntegrations

Stores NetSuite integration configurations.

Name	Type	Description
ID	integer	The integration configuration ID.
Name	string	The name of your integration configuration.
IsEnabled	bit	Determines if your integration configuration is enabled.
ConsumerKey	string	The Consumer Key used to pull data from the NetSuite API.
TokenKey	string	The Token Key used to pull data from the NetSuite API.
Realm	string	The Realm that the NetSuite API is related to.
CreatedDate	datetime	The person or system who created the integration configuration.
ModifiedDate	datetime	The date the integration configuration was created.
CreatedBy	string	The person or system who modified the integration configuration.
ModifiedBy	string	The date the integration configuration was modified.

NetSuiteVendors

Stores all vendor records imported from NetSuite

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
ID	string	Unique internal identifier for the vendor record.
AccountNumber	string	Account number assigned by the vendor for referencing in purchase orders and checks.
EntityID	string	Supplier code displayed in lists.
ExternalID	string	Vendor external identifier (user-defined).
CompanyName	string	Company name of the vendor as recorded in NetSuite.
LegalName	string	Legal name of the vendor for financial reporting; duplicative of CompanyName when not separately specified.
DateCreated	datetime	Timestamp when the vendor record was created in NetSuite.
LastModifiedDate	datetime	Timestamp when the vendor record was last updated in NetSuite.
Balance	decimal	Current accounts payable balance for the vendor, in base currency.
BalancePrimary	decimal	Current accounts payable balance for the vendor, in transaction currency.
UnbilledOrders	decimal	Total amount of orders entered but not yet billed for the vendor, in base currency.
UnbilledOrdersPrimary	decimal	Total amount of orders entered but not yet billed for the vendor, in transaction currency.
Unsubscribe	bit	Flag indicating whether the vendor has unsubscribed from email communications.
EmailPreferenceID	string	Internal identifier of the vendor’s preferred transaction email format.
EmailPreferenceRefName	string	Reference name of the vendor’s preferred transaction email format.
EmailTransactions	bit	Flag indicating whether email is the default transaction delivery method for the vendor.
FaxTransactions	bit	Flag indicating whether fax is the default transaction delivery method for the vendor.
GiveAccess	bit	Flag indicating whether the vendor has been granted NetSuite login access.
IsAutogeneratedRepresentingEntity	bit	Flag indicating the vendor record was auto-generated to represent a subsidiary.
IsInactive	bit	Flag indicating whether the vendor record is inactive; inactive records are excluded from active lists.
IsJobResourceVend	bit	Flag indicating whether the vendor can be assigned as a job resource.
IsPerson	bit	Flag indicating whether the vendor is an individual rather than a company.
PrintTransactions	bit	Flag indicating whether printing is the default transaction delivery method for the vendor.
GlobalSubscriptionStatusID	string	Internal identifier of the vendor’s global subscription status.
GlobalSubscriptionStatusRefName	string	Reference name of the vendor’s global subscription status.
PredConfidence	decimal	Predicted risk confidence score for the vendor, expressed as a percentage.
PredictedDays	integer	Predicted number of days the vendor is expected to be late (positive) or early (negative) on deliveries.
BatchDate	datetime	Timestamp when this record was imported from NetSuite.
