Required Scopes: Read access to searched folders/dashboards (RBAC filters results)

GrafanaDashboards Lists all dashboards with their names, folders, and tags so you can see what dashboards exist and where to find them.

ConfigID	integer	Grafana configuration identifier.
DashboardID	integer	Grafana dashboard numeric ID
OrganizationID	integer	ID of the Grafana organization that owns the dashboard
UID	string	Stable unique identifier of the dashboard used in URLs and API calls
Title	string	Dashboard title.
Url	string	Relative URL path to the dashboard
Type	string	Search result type; for dashboards this is `dash-db`.
TagsJSON	string	JSON array of tags assigned to the dashboard
IsStarred	boolean	Whether the dashboard is starred by the authenticated user
Uri	string	Deprecated dashboard URI; retained for backward compatibility
FolderID	integer	ID of the dashboard's containing folder when applicable
FolderUID	string	UID of the containing folder
FolderTitle	string	Title of the containing folder
FolderUrl	string	Relative URL path of the containing folder
BatchDate	datetime	The date of the data was gathered.

GrafanaDatasources Lists the data connections Grafana uses (by name and type) so you know where dashboard data comes from.

ConfigID	integer	Grafana configuration identifier.
DatasourceID	integer	Numeric identifier of the data source
OrganizationID	integer	ID of the owning organization
UID	string	Unique identifier of the data source
Name	string	Display name of the data source
Type	string	Data source plugin type, for example `prometheus` or `elasticsearch`
TypeLogoUrl	string	Path/URL to the data source type logo
Access	string	Access mode for queries: `proxy` or `direct`
Url	string	Base URL of the data source
Password	string	Password field as returned; usually empty because secrets are stored in `secureJsonFields`
User	string	Username for basic authentication, if configured
Database	string	Default database/schema for the data source, if applicable
BasicAuth	boolean	Whether Basic Auth is enabled for the data source
IsDefault	boolean	Whether this data source is the organization's default
ReadOnly	boolean	Whether the data source is read-only
LogLevelField	string	Elasticsearch `jsonData.logLevelField` setting for the log level field.
LogMessageField	string	Elasticsearch `jsonData.logMessageField` setting for the log message field.
MaxConcurrentShardRequests	integer	Elasticsearch `jsonData.maxConcurrentShardRequests` setting.
TimeField	string	Elasticsearch `jsonData.timeField` setting.
BatchDate	datetime	The date of the data was gathered.

GrafanaFolderPermissions Shows who can view, edit, or manage each folder so access is clear and auditable.

PermissionID	integer	Permission entry identifier
FolderUID	string	UID of the folder these permissions apply to
FolderID	integer	Numeric ID of the folder
Created	string	ISO timestamp when the permission was created
Updated	string	ISO timestamp when the permission was last updated
UserID	integer	User ID the permission targets
UserLogin	string	Login/username of the targeted user
UserEmail	string	Email of the targeted user
TeamID	integer	Team ID the permission targets
Team	string	Team name
Role	string	Role if the permission targets a built-in role, for example `Viewer` or `Editor`
Permission	integer	Numeric permission level: `1=View`, `2=Edit`, `4=Admin`
PermissionName	string	Permission level as text (`View`, `Edit`, `Admin`)
UID	string	UID of the referenced resource for this permission
Title	string	Title of the referenced resource

GrafanaFolders Shows the folder structure used to organize dashboards, including names and nesting.

CanSave	boolean	Whether the current user can save dashboards to the folder
CanEdit	boolean	Whether the current user can edit the folder
CanAdmin	boolean	Whether the current user can administer folder permissions
CreatedBy	string	Username that created the folder
Created	string	Creation timestamp
UpdatedBy	string	Username that last updated the folder

Version	integer	Folder version number
ParentUID	string	UID of the parent folder when nested folders are enabled

GrafanaIntegrations Lists integrations that are set up, with simple details to see what’s enabled.

ModifiedDate	datetime	Timestamp when the integration was last modified

BaseURL	string	Base URL or endpoint associated with the integration
OrganizationID	integer	ID of the owning Grafana organization

GrafanaOrganizations Lists the workspaces (organizations) in your Grafana instance by name.

GrafanaTeams Lists teams, their contact email, and how many people are in each team.

GrafanaTeams_GrafanaUsers Shows which people belong to which teams.
