HubSpot Tables

The HubSpot integration uses the following tables

This table stores file information retrieved from HubSpot

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The ID of the configuration within Compyl.
FileID	string	The unique identifier for the file in HubSpot.
Name	string	The name of the file.
Path	string	The file path within HubSpot.
URL	string	The URL to access the file.
DefaultHostingURL	string	The default hosting URL for the file.
Access	string	The access level or permissions for the file.
Archived	boolean	A flag indicating whether the file has been archived.
CreatedAt	datetime	The timestamp indicating when the file was created in HubSpot.
UpdatedAt	datetime	The timestamp indicating when the file was last updated.
Size	integer	The size of the file in bytes.
Height	integer	The height of the file (for images).

This table stores product information retrieved from HubSpot.

Name	Type	Description
Archived	boolean	A flag indicating whether the product has been archived.
BatchDate	datetime	The date and time data was synced to our database.
ConfigID	integer	The ID of the configuration within Compyl.
CreatedAt	datetime	The timestamp indicating when the product was created in HubSpot.
Description	string	A textual description of the product.
ID	integer	The ID of the Product.
Name	string	The name of the product.
Price	string	The price of the product.
ProductID	string	The unique identifier for the product in HubSpot.
UpdatedAt	datetime	The timestamp indicating when the product was last updated.

This table stores ticket-related data synchronized from HubSpot.

Name	Type	Description
BatchDate	datetime	The date and time data was synced to our database.
Category	string	The classification of the ticket, such as issue type, service request, or other categorizations.
ConfigID	integer	The ID of the configuration within Compyl.
Content	string	The main content or description of the ticket, potentially storing details about the issue or request.
CreatedAt	datetime	Timestamp indicating when the ticket was created in HubSpot.
ID	integer	The ID of the Ticket.
Pipeline	string	The pipeline to which this ticket belongs, categorizing it into a specific workflow or process in HubSpot
PipelineStage	string	The current stage of the ticket in the HubSpot pipeline, representing where it is in the workflow.
Priority	string	The priority level of the ticket, which may indicate urgency or importance.
Subject	string	The subject or title of the ticket, typically a brief summary of the issue or request.
TicketID	string	Unique identifier for the HubSpot ticket.
UpdatedAt	datetime	Timestamp showing when the ticket was last updated.

This table contains users.
