NotionUsers

Contains Notion user account records including user type, display name, avatar URL, and for workspace members, their email address and workspace role.

Name	Type	Description
UserID	string	Notion user UUID. Part of the composite primary key (`UserID` + `ConfigID`).
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
ObjectType	string	Notion object type (always `user`).
Type	string	User type: `person` or `bot`.
Name	string	Display name of the user.
AvatarURL	string	URL of the user's avatar image.
PersonEmail	string	Email address for person-type users (from person.email).
BotOwnerType	string	Bot owner type (from bot.owner.type): `workspace` or `user`.
BotWorkspaceName	string	Bot workspace name (from bot.workspace_name); populated when the bot belongs to a workspace.
BatchDate	datetime	Timestamp indicating when the record was ingested or last refreshed.

NotionPages

Stores Notion page records including the page title, URL, parent reference (page, database, or workspace), archived state, and creation and last edit timestamps.

Name	Type	Description
PageID	string	Notion page UUID. Part of the composite primary key (`PageID` + `ConfigID`).
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
ObjectType	string	Notion object type (always `page`).
CreatedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 creation timestamp.
LastEditedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 last-edit timestamp.
CreatedByID	string	Notion UUID of the user who created the page (from `created_by.id`).
LastEditedByID	string	Notion UUID of the user who last edited the page (from `last_edited_by.id`).
ParentType	string	Parent object type (e.g. `workspace` `page_id` `database_id`).
ParentID	string	UUID of the parent object when `ParentType` is page database or block.
Archived	boolean	Whether the page is archived.
InTrash	boolean	Whether the page is in the workspace trash.
URL	string	Notion web URL for the page.

NotionDatabases

Contains Notion database records including the database title, description, URL, property schema definitions, and parent page reference.

ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
ObjectType	string	Notion object type (always `database`).

CreatedByID	string	Notion UUID of the user who created the database (from `created_by.id`).

TitlePlainText	string	Plain-text concatenation of the database title rich-text array.
DescriptionPlainText	string	Plain-text concatenation of the database description rich-text array.
ParentType	string	Parent object type (e.g. `workspace` `page_id`).
ParentID	string	UUID of the parent object when `ParentType` is page or block.
Archived	boolean	Whether the database is archived.

NotionDatabaseRows

Stores row (page) records within Notion databases, capturing the property values for each row as defined by the parent database schema, along with the row's title, URL, and creation metadata.

RowID	string	Notion page UUID identifying this database row. Part of the composite primary key (`RowID` + `ConfigID`).
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
DatabaseID	string	UUID of the database this row belongs to.
CreatedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 creation timestamp.
LastEditedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 last-edit timestamp.
CreatedByID	string	Notion UUID of the user who created the row (from `created_by.id`).
LastEditedByID	string	Notion UUID of the user who last edited the row (from `last_edited_by.id`).
Archived	boolean	Whether the row is archived.

NotionBlocks

Stores individual block records from Notion pages and databases, representing the atomic content units such as paragraphs, headings, lists, code blocks, and embeds, including their type, parent reference, and archived state.

Name	Type	Description
BlockID	string	Notion block UUID. Part of the composite primary key (`BlockID` + `ParentPageID` + `ParentBlockID` + `ConfigID`).
ParentPageID	string	UUID of the top-level page that owns this block. Part of the composite primary key.
ParentBlockID	string	UUID of the direct parent block when nested; empty string when the parent is a page. Part of the composite primary key.
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
ObjectType	string	Notion object type (always `block`).
Type	string	Block type string (e.g. `paragraph`, `heading_1`, `to_do`).
CreatedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 creation timestamp.
LastEditedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 last-edit timestamp.
HasChildren	boolean	Whether this block has nested children that were recursively fetched.
Archived	boolean	Whether the block is archived.
InTrash	boolean	Whether the block is in the workspace trash.
PlainText	string	Best-effort plain-text extraction from the block's rich-text content.
ContentJson	string	Serialized JSON of the type-specific block content object.
BatchDate	datetime	Timestamp indicating when the record was ingested or last refreshed.

NotionComments

Contains comment records added to Notion pages and blocks, including the comment body (rich text), author identity, parent block or page reference, and creation and last edit timestamps.

CommentID	string	Notion comment UUID. Part of the composite primary key (`CommentID` + `ConfigID`).
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
DiscussionID	string	Discussion thread UUID this comment belongs to.
ParentType	string	Parent object type (e.g. `page_id` or `block_id`).
ParentID	string	UUID of the parent page or block.
CreatedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 creation timestamp.
LastEditedTime	datetime	ISO 8601 last-edit timestamp.
CreatedByID	string	Notion UUID of the comment author (from `created_by.id`).
RichTextPlainText	string	Plain-text concatenation of the comment rich-text array.

NotionLegalHolds

Contains Notion Legal Hold records that preserve content from deletion or modification, including the hold name, status, creation details, and the scope of content covered.

Name	Type	Description
LegalHoldID	string	Notion legal hold UUID. Part of the composite primary key (`LegalHoldID` + `ConfigID`). Sourced from Admin API (Enterprise only).
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
Name	string	Display name of the legal hold.
Description	string	Description of the legal hold.
Icon	string	Icon identifier for the legal hold.
Status	string	Legal hold status: `active` or `released`.
CreatedBy	string	UUID of the user who created the legal hold (from `created_by`).
CreatedTime	integer	Unix epoch timestamp when the legal hold was created.
StartDate	integer	Unix epoch timestamp for the legal hold start date.
EndDate	integer	Unix epoch timestamp for the legal hold end date; null if not set.
UsersTotal	integer	Total number of users on the legal hold (from `users.total`).
UserIDsSerialized	string	Serialized JSON array of user UUIDs on the legal hold (from `users.ids`).
WorkspacesTotal	integer	Total number of workspaces on the legal hold (from `workspaces.total`).
UserInteractionTypeSerialized	string	Serialized JSON array of interaction type strings tracked by the legal hold (e.g. [`page.created`, `page.edited`]).
BatchDate	datetime	Timestamp indicating when the record was ingested or last refreshed.

NotionLegalHoldWorkspaces

Stores workspace-level records associated with Notion Legal Hold configurations, linking legal hold policies to the workspaces they are applied to.

LegalHoldID	string	UUID of the legal hold this workspace is associated with. Part of the composite primary key (`LegalHoldID` + WorkspaceID + `ConfigID`). Sourced from Admin API (Enterprise only).
WorkspaceID	string	UUID of the workspace on the legal hold. Part of the composite primary key.
ConfigID	integer	Identifier linking the record to a specific Notion integration configuration.
