Workday Tables

The Workday integration uses the following table

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	Internal integration configuration ID to track the connector setup.
ID	string	Workday’s internal record ID or Worker reference (often called WID), uniquely identifying the worker.
Descriptor	string	The worker’s full name (e.g., `John Doe`), used for human-friendly display.
WorkerID	string	The employee or worker number assigned in Workday (distinct from internal record ID).
UserID	string	Identifier used for provisioning or mapping to external identity systems (e.g., `login` or `external mapping ID`).
FirstName	string	Worker’s first name.
MiddleName	string	Worker’s middle name, if present.
LastName	string	Worker’s last surname.
SecondaryLastName	string	Additional surname; used when applicable.
BusinessTitle	string	The worker’s current job title.
HireDate	datetime	The date the worker was hired (formatted as `YYYY-MM-DD`).
EndEmploymentDate	datetime	The planned or actual end of employment date.
IsActive	boolean	Boolean flag indicating if the worker is currently active in Workday.
IsTerminated	boolean	Boolean flag indicating if the worker’s profile is terminated.
BatchDate	datetime	Timestamp when this record was last fetched or processed in batch.
IsManager	boolean	Boolean indicating if the worker is marked as a manager.
PrimarySupervisoryOrganization	string	Name or descriptor of the worker’s primary supervisory organization.
PrimarySupervisoryOrganizationID	string	Workday ID of the primary supervisory organization.
PrimaryWorkEmail	string	The worker’s primary business email address.
PrimaryWorkPhone	string	The worker’s primary phone number for work.
TerminatedDate	datetime	Actual termination date of the worker.
