WorkspaceOneCompliancePolicies

Compliance policies defined in Workspace ONE, including how many devices are assigned, compliant, and non-compliant.

DevicePolicyID	integer	Numeric identifier of the compliance policy.
Name	string	Policy name.
Description	string	Policy description.
IsActive	bit	Whether the policy is active.
RootLocationGroupName	string	Name of the organization group that manages the policy.
Platform	string	Platform the policy targets (for example `Apple`, `AppleOsX`, `Android)`.
CompliantDevices	integer	Assigned devices currently compliant.
NonCompliantDevices	integer	Assigned devices currently non-compliant.
AssignedDevices	integer	Devices the policy is assigned to.
OrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the organization group that owns the policy.
PolicyType	string	Policy type (for example `MDM`).
BatchDate	datetime	When this row was last written by the sync.

WorkspaceOneMDMDeviceCompliancePolicyResults

One row per compliance policy evaluated on a device. Comes from the device's compliance summary.

ID	uniqueidentifier	Stable id for this device, organization group, and policy.
DeviceUUID	string	UUID of the evaluated device.
OrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the organization group the device is enrolled in.
PolicyUUID	string	UUID of the compliance policy.
PolicyName	string	Policy name reported on the device.
PolicyDescription	string	Policy description reported on the device.
ComplianceStatus	string	Result of this policy on this device.
LastComplianceCheck	datetime	When the policy was last evaluated on the device (UTC).
NextComplianceCheck	datetime	When the policy will next be evaluated on the device (UTC).
ActionsTaken	string	JSON array of action types taken because of this evaluation.
BatchDate	datetime	When this row was last written by the sync.

WorkspaceOneProfiles

Device and user profiles, including active and inactive profiles from child organization groups.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
ProfileUUID	string	UUID of the profile.
Name	string	Profile name.
Status	string	Profile status (for example `Active`).
AssignmentType	string	How the profile is assigned (for example `Auto`).
ManagedBy	string	Name of the organization group that manages the profile.
OrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the organization group that owns the profile.
Platform	string	Platform the profile targets (for example `Apple`, `AppleOsX`, `WinRT`, `Linux`).
ConfigurationType	string	Profile configuration type.
Context	string	Profile context (for example `Device` or `Unknown`).
CreatedByResourceProfile	bit	Whether the profile was created as part of a resource profile.
ConfiguredPayloadNames	string	JSON array of the payload names configured on the profile.
BatchDate	datetime	When this row was last written by the sync.

WorkspaceOneProfileSmartGroups

Smart groups a profile is assigned to, or explicitly excluded from. One profile can have several rows.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
ID	uniqueidentifier	Stable id for this profile, smart group, and assignment direction.
ProfileUUID	string	UUID of the profile.
SmartGroupUUID	string	UUID of the smart group.
IsExcluded	bit	True when the smart group is excluded from the profile. False when it is assigned.
Name	string	Smart group name.
BatchDate	datetime	When this row was last written by the sync.

WorkspaceOneAdminRoles

Stores the master list of admin roles defined in Workspace ONE, including their activation state and import metadata.

Name	Type	Description
ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
AdminRoleUUID	string	The unique UUID assigned to this admin role by the Workspace ONE API.
Name	string	The display name of the admin role, as returned by the API.
IsActive	bit	Flag indicating whether this role is currently active in Workspace ONE.
UserLinkId	integer	Numeric link ID that ties this role back to a specific user record in Workspace ONE.
BatchDate	datetime	The timestamp indicating when this data was inserted into the database.

WorkspaceOneAdmins

Stores every admin user imported from Workspace ONE, including identity, locale, landing page and messaging preferences.

ConfigID	integer	The configuration ID.
AdminUUID	string	The UUID of the admin user as returned by the API.
OrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the organization group to which this admin belongs.
Username	string	Login name of the admin user.
FirstName	string	Given (first) name of the admin user.
LastName	string	Family (last) name of the admin user.
Email	string	Email address of the admin user.
TimeZone	string	Time zone identifier string for the admin
Locale	string	Culture code for the admin user (e.g. `en-US`).
InitialLandingPage	string	The default console page the admin sees on login.
MessageTemplateID	integer	Numeric ID of the message template assigned to this admin.
MessageTemplateUUID	string	UUID of the message template assigned to this admin.
BatchDate	datetime	The timestamp indicating when this data was inserted into the database.

WorkspaceOneIntegrations

Stores Workspace ONE integration configurations.

ID	integer	The integration configuration ID.
Name	string	The name of your integration configuration.
IsEnabled	bit	Determines if your integration configuration is enabled.
ClientID	string	The client ID used to pull data from the Workspace ONE API.
BaseURL	string	The base URL use to pull data from the Workspace ONE API.
CreatedBy	string	The person or system who created the integration configuration.
CreatedDate	datetime	The date the integration configuration was created.
ModifiedBy	string	The person or system who modified the integration configuration.
ModifiedDate	datetime	The date the integration configuration was modified.
ServerName	string	The name of the server used to pull date from the Workspace ONE API.
OAuthURL	string	The OAuth URL used to authenticate with the Workspace ONE API.

WorkspaceOneMDMDevices

Stores all MDM-enrolled device details pulled from Workspace ONE, including identifiers, hardware specs, enrollment/context, and compliance/status metadata.

DeviceUUID	string	UUID of the device as returned by the Workspace ONE API.
OrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the organization group under which the device is enrolled.

UDID	string	Unique Device Identifier (UDID) for the device.
SerialNumber	string	Hardware serial number of the device.
MacAddress	string	MAC address of the device's primary network interface.
IMEI	string	International Mobile Equipment Identity number of the device.
AssetNumber	string	Asset tag or inventory number assigned to the device.
DeviceFriendlyName	string	User-friendly name given to the device in the console.
DeviceReportedName	string	System-reported hostname or device name.
EnrollmentUserName	string	Username of the user under whose account the device was enrolled.

WorkspaceOneOrganizationGroups

Stores Workspace ONE organization group metadata.

OrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the organization group as returned by the Workspace ONE API.
OrganizationGroupID	integer	Numeric identifier of the organization group within the MDM system.
Name	string	Name of the organization group.
AltGroupID	string	Alternative group ID (e.g., legacy or secondary identifier).
LocationGroupType	string	Type/category of the location group (e.g., `Campus`, `Region`).
Country	string	Country of the organization group’s location.
Locale	string	Locale or culture code for the organization group.
CreatedOn	datetime	Date and time when this organization group was created in Workspace ONE.
LgLevel	integer	Hierarchical level (location group level) indicating the group’s depth in the hierarchy.
TotalUsers	integer	Total number of users in this organization group.
TotalAdmins	integer	Total number of admins assigned to this organization group.
TotalDevices	integer	Total number of devices enrolled under this organization group.
ParentOrganizationGroupUUID	string	UUID of the parent organization group. Empty for the top group visible to the integration.
BatchDate	datetime	The timestamp indicating when this data was inserted into the database.

WorkspaceOneUserEnrollments

Stores Workspace ONE user enrollment records.
